CMFRC – Certified Military and First Responder Mental Health Coach

Basic Requirements: 

  • Identify and practice as a Christian Coach. This refers to independently practicing life coaches who incorporate biblical principles and coaching skills with appropriate theory, knowledge, and professional practice.
  • Completion of the 24-hour Military and First Responder Mental Health Coach program.

Additional Supportive Documentation Needed: 

  • Copy of any earned degree(s). 
  • Copy of current, valid, and professional license(s) or coaching certifications. 
  • Copy of documentation that demonstrates the education/training incorporated biblical principles and coaching skills with appropriate theory, knowledge, and practice. 

Important Notice:
This is a one‑time credential that does not expire; however, IBCC may, in its sole discretion, establish renewal or recertification requirements for this and other IBCC credentials at any time. Such requirements may include, without limitation, continuing education, supervision, practice hours, adherence to professional and ethical standards, and payment of applicable fees. IBCC further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or revoke any credential that is not renewed in accordance with the then‑current policies and procedures, as may be amended from time to time. Credential holders will be provided notice of any material changes to renewal or recertification requirements through such means as IBCC deems appropriate, and continued holding or use of the credential after the effective date of such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
